Get ready for Summer

About this time every year, I start getting excited for summer. Amidst the snow and cold temperatures, we get days with incredible sunshine and warm temperatures. It won't be long and I know I will see flowers coming up and buds on trees. And then we will get more snow. That's one thing I love about Colorado.

My kids are like fish, they can't get enough of the water. When I was little I remember having a slip and slide. I saw this online and thought, WOW... slip and slide at a whole new level. It's 20 feet LONG and takes 15 minutes to inflate. If you have a hill in your yard, the whole neighborhood will be coming over. It will cost you a pretty penny ($550 at Target) but maybe a few summer party rentals will make up for the upfront cost.
