Making Sense of Midlife Health
A small, time-bound group program for women who feel unsettled, confused, or overwhelmed by health information in midlife.

If you’re in midlife and feel like your body, energy, or health no longer make sense — even though you’re doing “all the right things” — you’re not alone.
For many women, this stage of life brings more questions than answers. Advice feels contradictory. Tests come back “normal.” And the pressure to fix or optimize only adds to the confusion.

What this Program is
Making Sense of Midlife Health is a guided, conversation-led group experience designed to help you slow things down and better understand what may be changing — and why navigating health in midlife can feel so disorienting.
Led by health journalist Natalie Tysdal, the program focuses on context, clarity, and better questions — not fixes, protocols, or promises.
