I started batch cooking about a year ago and it has saved me. Many of you know that my alarm clock goes off at 2:30 AM. I have very little time to eat breakfast or lunch. All of this takes me under an hour. I shop, cook and store everything on Sunday afternoons while also making dinner for my family. Most of my breakfasts consist of overnight oats. LunchEs are always a protein, veggies and a fruit. I highly recommend this, it takes out the guess work and makes mornings so much easier!
