Emotional eating causes so much pain and can lead to poor health. It is more common than many realize. Many of us eat when we are happy, when we are sad, when we are scared or when we are simply exhausted but need a "reward". I know I do it. At the end of a long day I want to sit down with chocolate and a glass of wine.
